I wonder if I can come up with recipes for low calorie, healthier jam. I don't eat it often but it sure would be a nice treat every once in a while! A strawberry jam would be delicious on my thin bread slices, or even on a cracker. It would cure a sweet tooth but not drive me to wanting more.
